I Got a Story to Tell, Do You? True Story Threads Tee Shirt Launch!
On June 2nd SettlefreeTV was honored to cover the True Story Threads Tee Shirt Launch! It was wonderful seeing such gifted , talented people being recognized for their work in the community!
True Story Threads was birthed from the creative vision of Celebrity Ghostwriter and Founder of 13th and Joans Ardre Orie. Her story is unique as she was introduced in elementary school, to a teacher who encouraged Orie to pursue opportunities to learn through creativity and expression, Orie discovered her love for writing and today she encourages others to tell their story and she plays a huge part by helping hopeful Authors break into print.
"It is my greatest hope that every garment and every message connected to this movement is a reminder to be unapologetically who you are and to walk in the fullness of your story. The truth shall set you free!" Ardre mentioned in a blurb found on her True Story Threads Website.
There were some amazing guests and honorees. This #Lit Curated Experience kicked off in ATL! The event celebrated the True Story Threads vision and mission but also celebrated some of the amazing stories of heroes in the city. Among them was Self Love Ambassador Derrick Jaxn, Philantropist and Social Entrepreneur Domonic Stokes, Founder of Good Vibe Bracelets, Stylish Eye Diva Ta'Sha, and many more.
